Tough was an Australian manufacturer and their stuff is still well respected. I have seen their lathes and drill presses and while quite small, they bring big money. I've seen broken, disassembled drill presses sell for $250 and working ones for $750. This is for drill presses that look lighter than a Delta 14". When this arbor came up at auction, I jumped at the opportunity to add a token piece to my collection. I have no idea what it was set up to do - there is very little clearance between the flanges and the mounting. Very strange.
