Baldor make a pricey but very fine grinders. The PA Multi-Tool belt and disc grinding attachment is also quite well made, cleverly designed and very good value for the money. Starting in 2009, Baldor sell this configuration already set up as the 602E-MT. There are various Multi-Tool models for attachment to an existing grinder available in the USA from Multitool USA or Van Sant. Van Sant also has a page with several videos about it. Note that I haven't dealt with either of these vendors.
